We pride ourselves on using only fresh ingredients, reserving the freezer solely for ice cream, and rarely using the microwave. Our dedicated chefs take the extra step of smoking our salmon with wood chips right in our kitchen. Moreover, all our sauces are crafted in-house, and our black pudding is made completely from scratch.
Even our gin is first-class, we’ve invested in a high-tech tonic machine which is one of the only models of its kind in the north west!
